Soccer Shots Classic utilizes creative and imaginative games to focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing and shooting.
We also highlight a positive character trait each session such as respect, teamwork and appreciation.
All registration for Soccer Shots programming must be completed online. We are happy to help answer any questions you may have. The registration fee covers the cost of a jersey, various seasonal prizes, and is non-refundable.
If you selected the payment plan option when registering your initial charge will be $50 plus the $25 annual registration fee (if applicable). A $50 charge will be applied each month after registration until 5 days before the seasons end where the remaining balance for the season will be charged.
Any discount from coupon codes or sibling discounts are deducted from the total owed and will be applied at checkout during registration.
If you wish to cancel enrollment in Soccer Shots programming, you must send an email to [email protected]. Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation for insufficient enrollment, a refund will be made.
If, for any reason, the season is cancelled prior to the start of the season we will offer a full refund or credit to your Soccer Shots account. If, for any reason, the season is cancelled after the season has begun we will offer a prorated refund or credit to your Soccer Shots account for any sessions cancelled.
A minimum of 4 registrants is required after the first weeks session for the season to continue. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled session or weather postponements. Any and all refunds/credits are issued at the discretion of Soccer Shots Southwest Florida.
We do our best to monitor the weather leading up to all of our sessions. We follow the same policy regarding lightning that Lee and Collier Counties use for their schools and public facilities. If there is lightning within a 10 mile radius, we have to clear the field for 30 minutes from the last strike. If it is raining or storming and it looks like it will continue, we will send out an email and text message letting you know if the session will be cancelled. Cancellations will be communicated to the email address and/or texted to the phone number on the account submitted during the registration process.
Whenever possible, we will use indoor space during inclement weather. However not every location has an indoor option for us to use. We do want the children to receive as much instruction as possible so we will work with each individually affected school to reschedule any cancelled soccer sessions. Additionally, our schedule has make-up days (same day of week/same time) built into it for this very reason, which may just lengthen the season.
Whenever possible we will play until conditions are detrimental to the children’s safety. Normally we have 1-2 make-up weeks scheduled at the end of each season to account for cancelled sessions. However, due to the abundance of inclement weather, we may at times find it necessary to reschedule cancelled sessions for other weeknights or even Saturday mornings.
All cancelled and rescheduled sessions will be communicated to the email address and/or texted to the phone number on the account submitted during the registration process. We promise 2 make-up sessions at all locations for cancelled sessions. Weather postponed sessions will be made up at a later date and time and will be communicated to you via email/text. If time or weather does not permit us to make-up these 2 sessions prior to the start of the next season, a credit will be issued to your account for use in a future Soccer Shots session. Make-ups, refunds, and credits are not available for missed classes due to personal reasons (vacation, illness, etc...).
We utilize an outside platform for jersey distribution. All jerseys are delivered via the company to your home address. Please keep in mind that they are athletic-cut jerseys and tend to run small. Your jersey will ship within 2 business days from checkout, and upon shipping you will receive tracking information via email. You can expect to receive your child’s jersey in the mail within 7-10 business days of enrollment. Please understand that if you sign up within two weeks of the season start date, your child is not guaranteed to receive their jersey before the first session. Should you need to exchange sizes contact them by email at [email protected]. You must provide your name, your child's name, your shipping address, the size you received, and the size you are requesting in the email. Please note, jerseys must be in new condition with the tag still attached to be accepted as a return. Returns are accepted up to 15 days after the jersey is mailed out and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after the jersey is mailed out.
Transfers will be accommodated within the same season as long as there is room in the session. We also ask our coaches if they believe the child is a good fit to move to a different session, and we do take their response into consideration during the transfer process. We align our programs year round with the Lee and Collier County school district schedules. There are planned breaks with no sessions on certain holidays and during certain school breaks. Please refer to the schedule and no session dates listed on the website during the registration process. Any possible changes to the schedule will be communicated to the email address and/or texted to the phone number on the account submitted during the registration process.
Registration & participation in our programming authorizes us to take photos and share on our company social media pages. We also use a private photo and video sharing app called PhotoCircle to help connect you with what your child has been up to on Soccer Island at school. Every park and school location has its own private PhotoCircle link. This link is shared in the confirmation email after registering and in a specific email about PhotoCircle following week 3 of the season.
