Equipment & Attire: Soccer Shots provides all of the equipment needed at each of our sessions. Your child is required wear closed-toe shoes and should wear activity-appropriate clothing. Cleats and shin guards are NOT required. If your child wants to wear cleats, please make sure they bring closed-toe shoes with them as some activities will be indoors. Cleats are not allowed on gym floors.

Soccer Shots Premier focuses on individual skill, fitness and sportsmanship, providing an opportunity for children to be challenged through fun games and team interaction. Children will also be introduced to competition in a developmentally appropriate manner.

SUMMER CAMP

Soccer Shots Camps provide children with an opportunity to develop their soccer skills, their character, and their creativity. Centered around a theme, children are provided with fun activities that include soccer games as well as a variety of other age appropriate options such as crafts, team building exercises, snack time, or even literature. Children will be encouraged to participate in daily themes, and each camp will conclude with a celebration of the children’s hard work. Children will be split into groups based on their age. Please note that this is not a competitive soccer camp. Our focus is to develop skills and have fun!

 

 

Things to know for Summer Camp!

Policies & Procedures:

Please make sure you read through the Policies & Procedures tab as there are some things that are different than our regularly scheduled sessions throughout the school year.

Pick up & Drop off:

Drop-off will begin 15 minutes before your child's camp session is scheduled to start. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to drop your child off, please let us know via email or phone.

Pick-up will begin promptly at the time your child's camp session is scheduled to end. If you are going to be more than fifteen minutes late to pick your child up, please note that a $10 charge will be placed on your account. Please list ALL people who can pick up the child. Anyone not on the list will not be allowed to pick up.

Restrooms & Potty Trained:

Your child must be FULLY potty-trained to join us at camp. Our coaches will not be entering the bathrooms at any point to assist children. This means that your child must be able to go to the bathroom independently. Please feel free to send a change of clothes with your child in the event of accidents.

Snacks & Water:

For the half day camp, children will need to bring their own snacks (no peanut products) and water bottle. Most facilities will have a water fountain, but children should start the camp with their own full water bottles.

Summer Camp Policies & Procedures

Registration Policy:

All registration for Soccer Shots programming must be completed online. We are happy to help answer any questions you may have. The cost includes a Summer Camp t-shirt. Summer Camp t-shirts will be handed out on the first day of camp. When you have completed registration, please email sdavis@soccershots.com with your child's t-shirt size.

Payment Plan Policy:

If you selected the payment plan option when registering your initial charge will be $50. A $50 charge will be applied each month after registration until 15 days before the camp starts, where the remaining balance for the camp will be charged. The payment plan is not available when purchasing within 30 days of the first day of camp. The entire balance must be paid upon registration.

Discounts:

Any discount from coupon codes or sibling discounts are deducted from the total owed and will be applied at checkout during registration.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel enrollment for Summer Camp, you must send an email to swfl@soccershots.com. If you cancel enrollment at least 15 days prior to the start date, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel enrollment between 8-14 days prior to the start date, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 7 days of the start date, you will not receive a refund. 

Refund Policy:

If, for any reason, the season is cancelled prior to the start of the season we will offer a full refund or credit to your Soccer Shots account. If, for any reason, the season is cancelled after the season has begun we will offer a prorated refund or credit to your Soccer Shots account for any sessions cancelled.

A minimum of 8 registrants is required one week before the start date. Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation for insufficient enrollment, a refund will be made. Any and all refunds/credits are issued at the discretion of Soccer Shots Southwest Florida. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled session. 

Should Soccer Shots find it necessary to remove a child from a class, a refund will be issued after deduction for days already attended.

Lightning Policy:

We do our best to monitor the weather leading up to all of our sessions. We follow the same policy regarding lightning that Lee & Collier Counties use for their schools and public facilities. If there is lightning within a 10 mile radius, we have to clear the field for 30 minutes from the last strike. If it is raining or storming and it looks like it will continue, we will move the camp indoors until it is safe for us to go back outside.

Make-Up Sessions:

Summer Camps

All cancelled sessions will be communicated to the email address and/or texted to the phone number on the account submitted during the registration process. There are no makeup days scheduled for Summer Camp as we have an indoor option at every venue. Make-ups, refunds, and credits are not available for missed classes due to personal reasons (vacation, illness, etc...).

Transfer Policy:

Transfers will be accommodated within the same season as long as there is room in the session being transferred to. We also ask our coaches if they believe the child is a good fit to move to a different session, and we do take their response into consideration during the transfer process. Please email swfl@soccershots.com for all transfer requests.

Social Media:

Registration & participation in our programming authorizes us to take photos and share on our company social media pages. We also use a private photo and video sharing app called PhotoCircle to help connect you with what your child has been up to on Soccer Island at Summer Camp. Every Summer Camp location has its own private PhotoCircle link. This link is shared in the confirmation email after registering. To request the PhotoCircle link associated with your child’s location please email us at swfl@soccershots.com.
